Rule 163
Notification of Incitement, Corruption or Fraudulent Behavior
If any official of a local authority proposes to give him an inducement by a bidder or proposer or if he is aware of any other corruption or fraudulent activity, he shall report the same to the head of such agency or the Public Procurement Monitoring Office.
